By using Dcider ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Dcider is a personal decision-making application that helps users make choices aligned with their values using AI-powered analysis. The App provides tools for logging decisions, tracking outcomes, and gaining insights into decision patterns.

Account Registration

You must create an account to use Dcider. You agree to:

• Keep your password secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us of any unauthorized use

Subscription and Payments

Free Trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features.

Subscription: After the trial, a paid subscription is required. Subscriptions are billed through Apple and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Interfere with the App's operation
• Reverse engineer the App
• Use automated systems to access the App

AI-Generated Content

The App uses AI to provide decision analysis and suggestions. This content is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

Intellectual Property

Dcider and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of the decisions, values, and other content you create in the App. By using the App, you grant us a license to process this content to provide our services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
